Events. Events. Events. Here at Green Bench, we host a myriad of private events in all of our beautiful spaces for every kind of special occasion. It’s a BIG part of what we do in our physical space. From beer garden weddings to milestone birthdays in our cellar to showers and rehearsal dinners on our balcony to company gatherings in Webb’s second floor bar…we do it all. Kendra joined us back in January, in the thick of our peak event season, as our Events Manager. To say she jumped right into the role without hesitation is an understatement. With her expansive event and brewery experience (from around the country, we might add), she didn’t skip a beat.

As soon as Cole came on board, he reviewed and analyzed how we had been operating and immediately came up with a plan to develop better systems and spreadsheet tracking (he’s really good at spreadsheets) to allow all corners of the brewery better communication while increasing efficiency and accuracy in real-time. Because of his immediate dedication to the role, Cole’s first full year with GB proved a record sales year in distribution!
