Raise A Glass To...Lauren! Lo, for short.

Lauren is one of, if not our most, tenured bartenders here at Green Bench. If you’ve frequented our establishment over the years, there is no doubt you’ve encountered Lo’s infectious good vibes. 

Lauren is considered a long standing institution of Green Bench. She’s consistently described as reliable and the most helpful, with super creative problem solving skills. Her creative suggestions often turn into permanent processes that help the whole team. This makes sense considering she is an established St. Pete artist that adds little touches of personality to the brewery every day (check out our beaded staff members behind the bar next time you’re in the Main Tasting Room). Both Tasting Room Managers agree that Lo, “is so good at simultaneously seeing the bigger picture AND focusing on the details.”

Em, our General Manager, says Lauren “always knows what is right. She takes the time, no matter how busy we are, to give customers the experience we want. She has a special way of finding the perfect beer for each guest.” Her beer expertise is only matched by her contagious positive energy and love for Diet Coke. Shift Lead, Joan boasts “she keeps the mood light, bright, and consistently fun.”

After five years with us, Lauren claims her favorite thing is dancing behind the bar while serving people in a good mood. She says five words that best describe Green Bench are: curated, diverse, trendsetting, approachable, and fun. Funny, that’s exactly how we would best describe her too!
