our code of conduct
The Green Bench Code of Conduct is one of the ways we put our values into practice. It is built around the idea that everything we do is, and should be, measured against the highest possible standards of ethical conduct. We set the bar that high for practical as well as aspirational reasons: Our commitment to the highest standards helps us hire great people, make great beer, and attract loyal customers. Our respect for our product, our customers, and each other is foundational to our success, and something we must focus on every day.
Please read our Code of Conduct and Values, and follow both in letter and spirit, bearing in mind that each of us has a personal responsibility to incorporate, and to encourage our teammates to incorporate, the principles of the Code of Conduct and Values into our work. If you ever have a question or think that one of your fellow teammates may be falling short of our commitment, speak up. We want - and need - to hear from you.
Who Must Follow Our Code?
All Green Bench employees are expected to know and follow the Code of Conduct. Failure to do so may result in disciplinary action, up to and including termination of employment.
What If I Have a Code of Conduct-Related Question or Concern?
If you have a question or concern, you should contact your manager or any of our owners.
No Retaliation
We have a zero tolerance policy for retaliation against any Green Bench employee who reports or participates in an investigation of a possible violation of our Code of Conduct, company policies, or the law.
