Raise A Glass To...Bryan!

Raise a glass to…Bryan Griesbaum!

Neighborhood. The neighborhood is where we begin with Bryan Griesbaum. He came to work for Green Bench back October 2019 after moving to The Edge District and visiting the Tasting Room a few times. He notes, “I realized Green Bench was something special. I was impressed with the operation all around, great aesthetics, nice people, fantastic beer. I was looking for work at the time and thought, "I want to work here!" And here we are.”

Since 2019, Bryan has become our neighborhood friendly face. He has a tremendous attitude and his customer interactions are described as nothing short of lovely. Not only does he have a friendly demeanor, he’s also a true example of a friend. Whether it’s building customer relationships with regulars and newcomers or lending a helping hand to his co-workers, Bryan always goes the extra mile to show others they are embraced and accepted. “Everyone should spend a day with Bryan just to witness how to treat, talk to, and respect others at all times because it’s the right way,” says fellow bartender, Carly.

Bryan’s friendliness goes beyond his interpersonal interactions. Starting as a barback, Bryan expressed interest in bartending…not the easiest feat here at Green Bench. General Manager, Em, says, “it was a natural transition because he really dug into learning the role. He took all the notes and time to learn the beers. And since then, he’s loaned his notecards to others to help ensure they can get there too.”

Bryan says of Green Bench, “It's a community, not just a brewery. It represents inclusivity and is a place for everyone to sit back, relax and have a good time. The sheer number of regulars that we see on a daily basis is a testament to how much GB means to the neighborhood.” Well, Bryan’s friendly example, lovely interactions, and tenacity are why he means so much to us…and the neighborhood!

Thank you for creating delightful experiences, Bryan!
