Malus 2021 is the 3rd vintage in the line of ciders pressed exclusively from heritage cider fruit from New York state. Apple blend includes: Newtown Pippin, Roxbury Russet, St Edmund's Russet, Geneva Russet, Dabinett, Harry Masters Jersey, Chisel Jersey, Kingston Black, Brown Snout, Cox Orange Pippin, Newtown Pippin and Baldwin.
