Foeder For Thought returns in 2023! Alongside our friends at Good Beer Hunting, we are excited to invite you to join us at our annual celebration of fermentation forward beers during Tampa Bay Beer Week! Foeder for Thought will be held on Friday, March 10th, 2023 from 5pm-10pm.

This year, we will be celebrating all things fermentation forward the 4th Anniversary of Webb’s City Cellar - expanding the festival onto Baum avenue with live entertainment throughout our campus. THIS EVENT IS OPEN TO THE PUBLIC with a limited number of VIP tickets available for an elevated focus and experience on five specific breweries, each featuring four of their finest beers.

Whether you have joined us in the past or this will be your first year, here's what you can expect:

• 20 world class fermentation forward beers from breweries across the globe

• Each beer available for purchase by the glass affiliated with the festival at Green Bench Brewing Co. and Webb’s City Cellar

• Panel discussions hosted by Michael Kiser of Good Beer Hunting

• Commemorative glass and merch

• Live entertainment embracing the spirit and fun of Webb’s City

We will chat about relevant industry topics, get opinions, laugh, and raise a glass to these special beers. Yes, there will be a lot of drinking, talking, hanging with friends, but our focus is on what and why these beverages are so special to us. Our passion, our focus, our attention is on fermentation forward products, and expanding our growth and knowledge in that realm.

Both of our tasting rooms will remain open to the public with beers for purchase by the glass, but…Ticket holders will receive the following:

• UNLIMITED POURS of all beers on tap on site and affiliated with FFT from 5-10pm

• Commemorative glass and merch

• Access to the Q&A/Panel sessions

• Hangs with our guests and other industry folks

• A curated food experience to accompany our featured breweries
